Sally Lawanna Foster the daughter of Will Triplett and Jennie Madeline (Adkisson) Triplett was born November 24, 1941 in Claremore, Oklahoma and departed this life on March 20, 2019 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma at the age of 77 years 3 months and 24 days.
Sally enjoyed life and fiercely loved her family. She was a big fan of the OSU Cowboys. Sally was also a member of the Posse Club. She retired from Indian Health care in 2010. She worked for Creek and Cherokee nation. She loved going to Pow-Wows and was proud of her Cherokee heritage and roots. Many days and nights were spent at the creeks with family. She touched many lives and hearts over the years and will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her, and is leaving part of her in their hearts.
She was preceded in death by her husband Steve Foster; her parents; child Frankie Latish Willman, grandchildren Bobby and Tia Simmons, and 7 siblings.
She is survived by a loving family which includes her children Hallie Glee Beaver of Tahlequah, OK, William K. Beaver and spouse Rhonda of Tahlequah, OK, Melissa Brandon and spouse Orvel of Park Hill, OK, and Jerry Brandon of Tahlequah, OK; Charlie and Kim Foster-Hawaii, Beth and Bill Mclean-Stillwater, OK, Stephanie and Marty Matlock-Fayetteville AR, John Edward Foster-Okmulgee OK, Tim and Robin Wood, Nashville TN, Gretchen and David-Australia. sister Mary Rogers of Hulbert, OK,; and grandchildren Teshelle, Keia, Kamie, Tande Bell, Kendra, Rob, Karrie, Shana, Dezarae, Jacque, Emily. And Brent. Sierra, Foster, Mesa Matlock, Charley and Matthew McLean, Stephen and Genevieve Foster, Zachary and Julieanne Wood, numerous great grandkids and great great grandkids. special nieces and nephews and Many other friends.
