Sandra Pallie

Sandra Kay Pallie, 73, resident of Tahlequah, Oklahoma passed away on August 17, 2020, at her home. Sandra was born the daughter of John and Gale Smallwood (Horn) in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma on February 10, 1947. Sandra was a strong woman, and a friendly many who loved her family dearly. She was such a loving mother to her children and would do anything for anyone. Upon the many talents she had, she loved Art and was incredibly talented at it and was very well known for it. She is missed dearly by everyone she leaves behind.
