Terry Hogner

Terry Wayne Hogner the son of Lewis and Gladys (Girdner) Hogner was born December 11, 1963 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma and departed this life on December 18, 2018 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma at the age of 55 years and 7 days.

Terry enjoyed life and he loved his family. He enjoyed fishing and watching OU games. He was an avid sports fan and OU was his favorite. He enjoyed being outdoors and liked to just sit outside and listen to music. He raised game chickens all his life and he enjoyed working with them. He had a huge heart and he would help anyone. He would talk with anyone and he never met a stranger. His family meant the world to him and he loved his grandbabies as if they were his own. Terry touched many lives over the years and will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

He was preceded in death by his father.

He is survived by a loving family which includes his wife Leah Hogner of the home; his mother Gladys Hogner of Tahlequah; his four grandchildren that he was raising Derrick Bell, Michah Cervantes, Shaylyn Bell and Eric Murphy all of the home; seven grandchildren that he thought of as his own; and his sisters Mona Garner, and Linda Palmer both of Tahlequah. Several nieces, nephews, friends and other relatives also survive him.
