Thomas Taylor

It is with both sorrow and gratitude that we announce the passing of Thomas Arthur Taylor, age 82, a beloved resident of Tahlequah, Oklahoma. Born on February 2, 1943, in Muskogee, Oklahoma, to the late Dane Arthur Taylor and Faye Inez (Hood) Taylor, Thomas embodied the spirit of kindness and dedication throughout his life.

A devoted husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, Thomas will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Brenda Taylor; his children, Ty Taylor, Tara Williams, and Jerry (Tara) McGuire; his sister, Susan Wilken; and a cherished roster of grandchildren: Hanna Munchinski, Lauren Baker, Dane Taylor, Meagan McGuire, Dylan Taylor, Taylor McGuire, and Lyla Williams. He also leaves behind two great-grandchildren, Lucas Biggiam and Damian Munchinski, who will carry forward his legacy of love.

Thomas retired after 28 years with AT&T/Lucent, where he was known for his strong work ethic and commitment to excellence. He lived his life with a generous heart, touching the lives of many in his community. As we reflect on his remarkable journey, we invite all who knew and loved him to celebrate his life and the impact he had on all of us.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date, where friends and family can join together to share stories, offer words of comfort, and honor the vibrant spirit of Thomas. His family will announce the details of this gathering soon.
