Virginia Lee Cooper the daughter of Robert and Lela (Presley) Wilcutt was born April 16, 1932 in Springdale, Arkansas. She departed this life on November 16, 2019 in the home loved at Peggs, Oklahoma. She was 87 years and 7 months.

On November 20, 1948, Virginia married Ross Randall. They made a home in Ft. Gibson, Oklahoma. To that union three children were born. Lela Marie, Bill Wayne and Frank Randall. After more than 33 years of marriage Ross was called home. Two years later on June 20, 1984, she married Sidney Cooper Jr. She then acquired two-step children that she loved as if they were her own. Kenneth Cooper and Regena Cooper Monk.

Virginia loved life, her family and friends. In fair weather she could usually be found working in her flower beds or sitting on the porch with a cup of coffee while watching her birds. She loved to travel. One of her favorite sounds was the wheels of the motor home taking her to the next fishing trip or bluegrass festival. She didn't often pass a yard sale or flea market without stopping. "You never know what you might find". She was an excellent cook and was always glad when friends and family stopped by.

During cold weather, she liked a warm fire and a good book or game of solitaire. She loved to crochet and everyone in her family has a blanket to prove it. She loved her family well. She was a quiet, kind woman who will be greatly missed.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Wayne Ross Randall; her daughter Lela Marie Randall; her brothers J.W. Wilcutt and Raymond Wilcutt; and her sister Juanita Wilcutt. She is survived by a loving family which includes her husband Sidney Cooper of the home; her children Bill Wayne Randall and fiance Deana of Westville, and Franklin Dwight Randall of Ft.
