Walter Woodie Elms,80, a resident of Tahlequah, passed away on Saturday, October 14, 2023. He was born in Lincoln, Arkansas on March 5, 1943 to the late Walter Emmit Elms and Gertrude (Jackson) Elms.

In addition to hi sparents, he was preceded in death by a son, Carlton Elms.

Survivors include his daughter, Dee Perry, grandsons, Jason (Alma) Bolton and Josh (Tedi Jean) Elms, great-grandsons, Tanner Elms and Logan Elms.
