Curtis Blaine Hannah peacefully passed away July 24, 2020 at his home in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. Blaine was born in Stillwell, Oklahoma on August 6, 1936 to H.B. (Dude) Hannah and Geneva Jane Paden Hannah. He was the 4th of 5 children and is preceded in death by his parents, his two brothers, Donald Lloyd Hannah and Taylor Belle Hannah; and his sister Margaret Ann Dillard. He is survived by his loving wife and best friend of 57 years, Betty Ann Hannah; his sister Weetah Lawson of Stillwell, OK; 4 children, Curtis (Laura) Hannah of Corinth, TX; Julie Ann (Mark) Butler of Glen Rose, TX; Debra Jean Gilliam of Terilton, OK; Christopher (Ruth) Hannah of Tahlequah, OK.

He enjoyed spending time with all 16 of his grandchildren: Eli, Jessica, Alec, Emma, Felicia, Josh, Korie, Ben, Kelli, Laura, Jeanette, Hannah, Krista, Amanda, Colton, Ashley and 19 great-grandchildren.

Blaine graduated high school in Stillwell, Oklahoma and briefly traveled to South Carolina and Iowa building grain elevators. He moved to Texas and found his passion for carpentry. After becoming a carpenter, he returned home to Oklahoma where he spent many years building houses and perfecting his craft.

Blaine was an avid fisherman who loved to hunt, camp and raise cattle. After retiring, you could often find him working in his garden, working cattle, looking for a fishing spot or spending time with his wife and family. He also enjoyed watching and reading old Westerns.

He and his wife Betty loved to camp and travel and took numerous trips all over the United States exploring new places.

He and Betty shared everything life had to offer and were great role models for their family and friends. He was always there to offer advice or a helping hand to anyone who needed it. He instilled solid values in his children, and his kindness and generosity will be remembered by all who were fortunate enough to have known him.

He will be greatly missed by his friends and family.
