Dan Maddox

Dan Wilson Maddox the son of Dean and Patsy (Slack) Maddox was born December 7, 1964, in Siloam Springs, Arkansas and departed this life on September 27, 2021, in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the age of 56 years, 9 months and 20 days.

Dan served his country proudly in the U.S. Army. He enjoyed the outdoors and loved to hunt and fish. Later in life his grandchildren became most important to him. Dan loved his family dearly. He touched many lives over the years and will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and his brother Don Wilson Maddox.

He is survived by a loving family which includes his children Nicole, Lauren, Jerry and Danielle Maddox all of Twin Oaks; his sisters May Dale Coffron and husband Richard of Tahlequah, Laura Smith and Brian Osburn of Oaks, Christina Maddox of Little Rock and Alice Hayes and husband Joe of Rogers; and his grandchildren Jaycee Johnston, Catherine Campos and Daisy Campos. Several nieces, nephews, friends, and other relatives also survive him.
