David Phillips

David Samuel Phillips the son of Clarence and Millie (Chapman) Phillips was born August 19, 1954 in Oklahoma and departed this life on August 14, 2019 in Wagoner, Oklahoma at the age of 64 years, 11 months and 26 days.

David loved life and he loved his family. He enjoyed being outdoors whether he was fishing, working in the yard or just sitting around with family and friends. David touched many lives over the years and will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and his brother Steven Phillips.

He is survived by a loving family which includes his wife Barbara Phillips of the home; his sons Michael Bledsaw of the home and Jerry Bailey and wife Trish of Arizona; his sister Janie Ward of Tahlequah and 6 grandchildren. Several friends and other relatives also survive him.
