Elizabeth "Liz" Erica-Monique Thompson (Champagne) of Tahlequah, OK passed away unexpectedly on April 30, 2020, at her home. She was 41 years of age. Liz was born on January 5, 1979, the daughter of Gordon Champagne and Peggy Pearman (Hollis) in Marrero, LA. Liz worked as a homemaker of her own home. In her spare time Liz loved being outdoors, rather it is fishing, hiking, or walking in the rain to clear her mind she had a natural soul that led her to find peace within nature. Her favorite saying was “Live, Laugh, Love.” She will be missed by all she leaves behind.
Liz leaves behind her loving family which include; her fiancé; Michael Thornton, her mother; Peggy Pearman, her step father; Norman Pearman; her children; Mika Davis, Lillyan Thompson, Molly Thompson, siblings; Sonya Hollis of Cabot, AR, Clinton Champagne of Ocean Springs, MS; Rita Champagne of Farmingville, NY and Terry Maly of Shirley, NY.
She was preceded in death by her father; Gordon Champagne.
