Linda Osburn

December 30, 1963 — August 30, 2019

Linda Sue Osburn the daughter of Dorsey Leonard and Joyce Ann (Foutch) Adams was born December 30, 1963 in Wagoner, Oklahoma and departed this life on August 30, 2019 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma at the age of 55 years and 8 months.

Linda enjoyed life and lived it to the fullest. Her family was the most important thing to her. She married Tom Osburn on June 30, 1984. She followed Tom to and cheered on every team he was coaching over the years. As her children and grandchildren began to be involved in sports and other activities, she began to follow them around as well. She enjoyed her job at Western Hills and was very involved with the Sequoyah Park Partners. Whatever event the park was having, Linda was making sure it was getting done. She also volunteered her time on the Green Country Little League Board. She was instrumental in having several different Jr. PGA events at the golf course. She had a big heart full of love. She believed in trying to love everybody and did what she could to accommodate anyone. She was one of a kind and will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

She was preceded in death by her father Dorsey Leonard Adams; her maternal grandparents George W. and Edith Elizabeth (McGlauthlin) Foutch and her paternal grandparents John and Delphia Adams.

She is survived by a loving family which includes her husband Tom Osburn of the home; her mother Joyce Foutch of Tahlequah; her children Darice Small and husband Travis of Broken Arrow, Holly Blackmon and husband Jeremy of West Siloam Springs, Tyler Osburn and Kaiti Wheeler of Jay and Talisha Osburn and Eric Wilson of Tahlequah; her sister Vicki Barnhouse and husband Tim of McAlester; her brother John Adams and wife Maree of Haskell; and her grandchildren Ashlyn Jones, Jeremiah Brackett, Seven Anderson, Blazin Blackmon, Hunter Osburn, Harley Blackmon, Ruthie Osburn and Harper Linn Wilson. Several nieces, nephews, friends and other relatives also survive her.
