Mark Davis

November 29, 1966 — July 9, 2021

On November 29, 1966, Mark was born in Culver City, CA, the youngest of three children. Brother Jeffrey Emerson Davis, of Northern CA, and sister, Julie Diane Morgan of San Diego, CA. At age 3, the family moved to Waterloo, Iowa with the high school years in Denver, CO, where he enjoyed wrestling, bowling, and competing in horse shows on his horse, Jeannie.

Work started young for Mark, at age 10, mowing, shoveling snow, detasseling corn, picking fruit, and spotting pins at the local bowling alley. In later life, he trained as a plumber and lastly, became an electrician until an on the job accident resulted in back surgery, which ended his career. He never lost his sense of humor, as he loved to joke and tease.

He enjoyed the outdoors, designing his dream home, high on a hill overlooking a well stocked pond, and was almost completed, but the Lord called him to join his stepfather, Jessie Anno, where he can continue with his joking ways.

He loved his only child, Mark A. Davis, Jr., of Hulbert, whose wife is Brittney Storm (Ellis). Grandchildren include Kynleigh, Karrson, Payton, Brileigh, Akxel, and last, but certainly not least, Olive, and stepchildren Emberleigh and Hayden. Special friend, Suerella of Tulsa, and Mother, Deanna Anno will miss him greatly. Rest in peace with no pain and stress, Mark.
