Rose Tierra Davis of Tahlequah, Oklahoma passed away on March 5, 2022, in Welling, Oklahoma at the age of 22. She was born on December 24, 1999, the daughter of Michael and Denise (McIntosh) Davis.
Rosie was a very tender hearted, loving, outgoing and caring person who could light up a room with her beautiful smile. Her quirky sense of humor could make all her friends and family smile anytime she was around. Rose was an empath and was constantly making sure others were okay and always wanted to try and help in any way possible to make them feel better, whether it be making them laugh or just being a shoulder they could lean on. Anyone you ask, would tell you that she was the life of the party and there was never a dull moment when she was around. She was a nurturer at heart and always wanted to make her friends, family and clients at work feel loved and supported at all times, she never wanted anyone to feel alone in the world. She loved listening to music, especially rock and she loved art of all types as if it spoke to her. Her favorite colors were, red and pink together, baby blue and green. As always, she lived up to her name, because a red rosebud signifies beauty and purity which is how many people could describe her "beautiful and pure."
Rose graduated from Cave Springs High School in May of 2019, the top of her class as Valedictorian. During high school, she took classes part time at NSU, while working in health care as a caregiver in home health. She was also a member of the Cave Springs High School Lady Hornets Basketball team. Rosie loved attending church camp and she was baptized in Christ at TBA church camp in Cookson, OK. When she wasn't working, she loved being around her friends, watching and reading anime especially comic books and watching one of her favorite anime shows; Dragon Ball. She loved getting to go to Myrtle Beach in South Carolina when going on vacation, she loved animals, enjoyed spending time with her nephews whom she loved dearly, she also loved watching her favorite show; Back to the Future. There is nothing more in this world that Rosie wanted, but to see others happy and doing what she could to make a difference in the world. She touched many lives over the years, and will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
She was preceded in death by her father; Michael Davis, paternal grandparents; Pat and Huston Davis, and maternal grandpa; Kenny McIntosh.
She is survived by a loving family which includes her mother; Denise Davis, sister; Violet Davis-Ellis and husband Chris, maternal grandmother; Davetta McIntosh, nephews; Michael and Ryan. As well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends she leaves behind.
