Carla Pigeon "Chubby"

Carla Rajean (Noe) Pigeon of Locust Grove, OK passed away on Tuesday April 19, 2022, at the age of 64 surrounded by her family at home. Carla was born on June 25, 1957, the daughter of Carl Alvin and Velma Ada (Snell) Noe in Siloam Springs, AR.

Carla was a sweet and loving person. She would help in anyway she could if you needed her. She loved being around her family, especially her grandchildren, She loved to craft making dream catcher, ear rings, necklaces and watch her favorite shows, shopping and walking and playing with her dogs. She worked in the Library for Cherokee Nation for quite some time and always made others feel welcomed when they came in. She will be missed dearly by all she leaves behind.

She was preceded in death by; 2 infants sons Brent Carson Jr, Brent Carson II, infant daughter Raquel Jolynn Roberts Grandparents; Bud and Emma Snell of Twin Oaks OK, Joe Lee and Nettie Noe of Twin Oaks OK, her parents Carl and Velma (Snell) Noe of Twin Oaks, 1 bother Daniel Noe, 1 Nephew (Baby) Wendell Wickliffe

She is survived by her family which includes husband Ronnie Pigeon of the home, Daughter Shellie Loffer husband Tim, 2 brothers Curtis Noe and wife Tammy, David Noe, 3 sisters Tamera (Noe) Wickliffe, Pamela Noe, Donna Parks and husband Travis, Grandchildren; Anthony Back, Aaron Back, Samantha '"Aly" Bradshaw, Nieces and Nephews; Micheal and Carissa Noe, Candi and Jason Morgan, Holly and Haley Noe, Benjamin Noe, Terry and Lisa Noe, Misty Noe and James Sanders, Trey and Courtney Noe, Leann Thomas, Samuel Steinberg, Stacey Taylor, John Steinberg, Bobby Steinberg, Garrett Cochran, Kayla Hayden, Rachel Hayden, Jessica Flores, Brandon Wayne, Nikki Jo , McKenzie,Jonathan, Mercedes Pigeon, Josiah, and Julia Fields, one Great Nephew Elijah Pigeon and Her dear friend Martel Loffer and numerous family and friends she leaves behind.
