Born January 31, 1942, in San Bernadino, California, to Clarence and Geneva O’Shield Brooner, he served in the U.S. Navy during Vietnam and was honorably discharged in 1964.

A lifelong car salesman, Mr. Brooner enjoyed meeting people and never met a stranger.
